Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original Gorillaz branding.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your tracking information will update automatically once the parcel is scanned.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your new exchange items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
